Okay, it’s been awhile again! Due to summer being nice so far i slacked with the updates but here we are again!

I’ll start off with: I WAS RIGHT!!!! (with Spain winning the WC) … /cough

Secondly: we moved onto a summer schedule to allow everyone to enjoy good weather, good food and friends/family! In addition, this will ensure that we are all rested and eager to preform all the better in the upcomming expansion. Phalanx will be ready!

This does not mean we aren’t recruiting, on the contrary! We are allways looking for new talent and thus this is an ideal time to apply to Phalanx, you get to know everyone in a relaxed environment and adjust to us before the battle resumes. So if you think you’ve got what it takes to raid with an expirienced and progressive minded raiding squad, Phalanx is the place to be for you. Flanks: First warlock ingame to get Shadowmourne!

This is probably the most late post ever but still worth mentioning! The 5th of July our dearly beloved Flanks received the guilds second Shadowmourne. Following tradition he gets his moment of glory on the frontpage! Congratualtions Flanks and thanks everyone who helped not only with this but all progress made by Phalanx!

Ps: Yes that is Flanks’ personal trained felhound. No animals were harmed shooting this footage.

June Update

Okay so another update, there isn’t much news these days due to all content being cleared apart from The Lich King on heroic mode, we’ve worked on him for a few resets now and are tuning the tactics abit.

Sadly, or not depending on how you look at it. We’ve welded in a raiding break for *drummrolls* … The World Championship football in Africa.

So until the end of this month you will not see any raiding related news on this page, we’re still working on some more content and projects to make the site more intresting but they’ve been put aside for a short timespan! For ending i would, but will refrain, from naming the better team due to me as reporter being neutral…

Glory of the Icecrown Raider(25)!

As promised, we completed “Neck-deep in vile” today on 25 man version and thus completing our meta-achievement “Glory of the icecrown raider”. It was a pretty exciting achievement and personally i allmost wet myself when he started another vile spirit summon at 13 % but we did it!

Pictures of the allready lucky ones below, i think about 15 people got their drake now and the majority of the guild is only lacking a few minor achievements. Apart from Flanks who was abscent on thisone and we won’t do it again!

Update: The Lich King and recruitment

It’s been awhile since the last update. So far there hasn’t been much news but we’re working on some things right now. We’ve completed all but one achievement for Glory of the Icecrown raider(25), we’re lacking “Neck deep in vile” but it’s being taken care off very soon!

Additionally we’re working on Lich King heroic seriously as of last week and progress is being made. It’s certainly an intresting fight and it’ll require every single one of us to play better then we ever have before. But we’re all enthusiastic and eager to tackle thisone! Some scenery pictures below!

Good news, everyone! Putricide is dead!

The 4th of May Professor Putricide bites the dust after a couple 40k wipes. We might have been able to pull this off last week but got it done now nevertheless. Pretty awesome kill and now only 1 more challenge awaits, The Lich King! Goodjob everyone participating in the kill.

Glory of the Icecrown Raider(10)

A dedicated group of players devoted themself to getting all the Icecrown Citadel 10 man achievements done in order to obtain what might be one of the coolest mounts ingame.

On the 23th of april a first group of players managed to finish the meta and got mailed their new showoffs. See here the lucky few + a random gnome on a rocket! Well done guys

Shadowmourne

The situation: Monday April 26, Blood Queen Lana’thel drops the final shard needed to form Shadowmourne. Keldorn, who had been waiting since wednesday that week, most likely shit his pants as he is able to complete the quest and receiving his Legendary.

Many thanks to Keldorn for his long term devotion and loyalty to the guild but offcourse also to everyone else who has brought the guild this far. May many more years (and more legendaries) follow!

Ps: it also happened to be Keldorn’s birthday today. CONGRATULATIONS OLDTIMER

Heroic Sindragosa down!

As the title suggests, Sindragosa is put to rest. Actually she died the 26th of April before the damage increase to 15% in Icecrown Citadel, this post is just abit late. Right now it’s only Professor Putricide standing between us and The Lich King Heroic!

On another note, for those who saw, that is indeed Shadowmourne held by our (in)famous paladin, Keldorn! A pretty posing picture will be uploaded later.

Last but not least a heads up on our recruitment status! We’re still looking for any exceptional DPS class and possibly a holy priest. If you wish to be part of our community do not hesitate and navigate to our forums and apply today!
